Sponsor
The “Home Circle $5,000 Home Services Giveaway” is sponsored and administered by Home Circle, operating in British Columbia, Canada.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are at least 19 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, partners, and immediate family members of Home Circle are not eligible to enter.
Contest Period
- Start Date: Apr.30/2026
- End Date: April 30, 2027 at 11:59 PM PST
- Draw Date: May 1, 2027
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their name, email address, and city of residence through the official Home Circle entry form.
Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Prize
One winner will receive $5,000 CAD in home services.
Prize conditions:
- Prize must be used toward home-related services
- Services may be fulfilled through Home Circle partners or reimbursed with proof of eligible service
- Prize is non-transferable
- Prize is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw on May 1, 2027.
The winner will be contacted by email. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, Home Circle may select another winner.
Email Subscription
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to join the Home Circle email list and consent to receive promotional emails, local home service deals, and giveaway-related updates.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Home Circle is not responsible for technical issues, failed submissions, lost entries, incomplete entries, or any damages arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
General Conditions
Home Circle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors interfere with the proper operation of the giveaway.
Home Circle also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or attempts to manipulate the giveaway.
Minimum Participation Requirement
This giveaway is designed to grow the Home Circle homeowner network and is based on reaching a minimum level of participation.
If a minimum threshold of approximately 50,000 valid subscriber entries is not reached by April 30, 2027, Home Circle reserves the right to:
- Extend the contest period until sufficient participation is reached, or
- Adjust the prize value or structure to reflect the size of the participant pool
Any updates or changes will be communicated clearly to participants via email and posted on the official Home Circle website.
